Workflows: procedures that run on a schedule

A workflow is a procedure qwri runs for you. It fetches data, computes what you asked for, builds the output and delivers it. You can run one on demand, on a schedule, or when a metric crosses a line you set.

You build one in the workflow builder, or you describe it to Sophia and edit what she drafts.

Steps that write back into a connected system stop and wait for approval before anything changes. Figures in a report can be recomputed from the source data before it goes out, so a wrong number is caught before a client sees it. Every run keeps a record of what each step fetched and produced. A failed run reopens in the builder holding the data it actually had, so a retry continues from the step that broke rather than starting again from the beginning.
