Sophia now answers on WhatsApp.
You can ask the same questions you would ask in the web app and get the same answers, run a workflow by name and have the output file delivered into the chat, and approve a pending action from a secure link. If you belong to more than one tenant, you can switch between them by asking.
To set it up, open Settings in the web app, add your number, and send Sophia the verification code she gives you.
WhatsApp is an additional channel rather than a replacement. Anything that produces a wide table or a chart is still easier to read on a screen, and long analysis is better in the web app.
